To promote interdisciplinary research and collaboration, NCUT provides comprehensive administrative support through the Office of Research and Development. 本校人事室掌理本校人事規章之擬訂、教職員之聘(任)免、升等、遷調、獎懲、考核(成效評估)、訓練、進修(講學、研究)敘薪、待遇、福利、保險、退休、撫卹及人事資料管理等事項。
本校研究發展處為學校推動校內、外學術研究與產學研發之主要行政單位,目前常設學術發展組、產學合作組、實習就業組及技術推廣組四組。同時,本校106年2月整併卓越計畫辦公室及典範科技大學計畫辦公室,成立「計畫辦公室」為一任務編組單位,負責學校大型計劃之申請及管考。
