研究設施 Physical Facilities

為配合教師跨領域研究需求,勤益科技大學於行政單位與各學院成立多元學術研究中心與專業實作空間,支援跨領域研究、產學合作與人才培育。校內設施涵蓋工具機產業鏈、先進材料與製程、人工智慧應用、智慧化管理、先進研磨抛光、貴重儀器、節能診斷、氫能與燃料電池、產學合作服務與打樣等面向,提供師生從研究到驗證、從概念到原型的完整研發支援。

聚焦中部工具機與工業 4.0 的研發能量

勤益科大以中部地區工具機產業需求為重點,跨領域培養工具機產業人才,並積極與業界結合,透過實際產品研發與技術導入,深化教學與研究。學校亦編撰精密設備操作與相關研發技術之多媒體教材,並配合人才培育計畫的遠距數位教學系統,推廣校內關鍵技術。研發主軸涵蓋精密工具機、精密平台、精密驅動系統、精密定位與運動控制、加工應用技術、製程自動化,以及切削刀具製程與分析等,並朝向工業 4.0 之智慧化模組與關鍵零組件核心技術持續精進。

 

Physical Facilities

To support interdisciplinary research and innovation, NCUT has established a range of research centers, laboratories, and professional practice spaces across administrative units and academic colleges. These facilities provide comprehensive support for interdisciplinary research, industry–academia collaboration, and talent cultivation.

NCUT’s research infrastructure covers a wide range of areas, including machine tool industry development, advanced materials and manufacturing processes, artificial intelligence applications, smart management systems, advanced grinding and polishing technologies, shared high-value instrumentation, energy efficiency diagnostics, hydrogen energy and fuel cell technologies, industry–academia service platforms, and prototyping facilities.

These facilities offer integrated support from research development and experimental validation to prototype production, enabling faculty members and students to transform innovative ideas into practical technological applications.

Advancing Industrial Innovation and Industry 4.0

Located in central Taiwan, a major hub of the machine tool industry, NCUT actively focuses on interdisciplinary research related to precision machinery and smart manufacturing technologies. The university collaborates closely with industry partners to cultivate professional talents and develop innovative technologies that meet industrial needs.

NCUT integrates teaching, research, and industry collaboration by developing multimedia instructional materials for precision equipment operation and related technologies. These resources are combined with digital learning systems and remote teaching platforms to expand the dissemination of technical knowledge.
