行政支持 Administrative Support
NCUT的研發處為跨領域研究團隊提供廣泛的行政支援，包括：
1. 鼓勵教師跨領域、跨校際合作及組成研究團隊：透過跨領域、跨校際之合作，彼此分享教學與研究成果，激勵教師持續自我成長，並發揮資源整合之成效，形塑本校團隊研究的研究特色，並協助教師辦理政府單位各類型研究計畫及申請其他 相關學術發展計畫。
2. 提供相關經費補助：作為鼓勵教師積極投入學術研究、踴躍申請政府、民間機構 之研究計畫，並整合學術研究、技術研發資源，以促進各教學單位整體之計畫申 請通過率。 提供研究人力支持：增聘技術型之研究員，協助教師整合學術研究與技術發展進 而成立研發團隊，積極提升研發創新之技術
完善的獎勵制度，以協助並提升教師跨領域學術研究量能及多元化之學術研究：
1.獎勵頂尖教師：建立制度獎勵教師成效，如：專利、論文績效獎、特聘教授獎及 講座教授獎等，鼓勵教師成為頂尖之大師，並透過執行過程及教師的意見回饋， 逐步修正與調整獎勵制度，使獎勵辦法更加完善。
2.實施教師獎勵方案：透過訂定各項獎勵辦法，獎勵教師研究績效之推動研究獎勵 要點、鼓勵教師積極發表優良學術期刊之高品質期刊論文獎勵計畫及高引用率學 術期刊獎勵要點，激勵教師投入學術研究、發表研究成果，提升本校學術研究之水準。
本校產學營運處協助教師深耕技術，邀請有意願教師，成立跨域教師團隊，運作模式為企業、跨域教師與跨域學生，定期討論、實作與解決問題，另外鼓勵教師合作成立技術與服務服務中心。
NCUT’s Office of Research and Development provides comprehensive administrative support to interdisciplinary research teams. It encourages faculty to collaborate across disciplines and institutions, fostering shared teaching and research outcomes. By promoting continuous professional growth and resource integration, the division helps shape distinctive research teams and supports faculty in securing government-funded projects and academic development initiatives.
To further boost research efforts, NCUT offers funding subsidies, encouraging faculty to actively pursue projects from both government and private institutions. Additionally, the university recruits technical researchers to assist in integrating academic and technological research, forming dedicated R&D teams to enhance innovation.
NCUT also implements a structured reward system to strengthen academic research capabilities. Top-performing faculty members receive recognition through patents, paper performance awards, distinguished professor titles, and chair professorships. The teacher reward program includes research promotion points, high-quality journal publication incentives, and recognition for highly cited academic journals, motivating faculty to produce impactful research and elevate NCUT’s academic standing.
