為鼓勵本校特殊優秀教授留任本校,並致力於提昇學術研究水準以爭取更高榮譽,依據教育部推動延攬及留住大專校院特殊優秀人才實施彈性薪資方案及本校特殊優秀人才實施彈性薪資支應原則
1.教育部高教深耕計畫彈性薪資:編列經常門之5%作為彈性薪資,包含:教學傑出教師、輔導服務傑出教師、特聘教授、終身特聘教授、客座教授、推動研究發展獎勵等,藉此獎勵與激發教師精進教學與研究,並延攬及留任國內外優秀師資。
2.國科會計畫彈性薪資:訂定補助研究獎勵實施要點,以延攬及留任在學術研究、產學研究或跨領域研究績效傑出人員。
To attract and retain outstanding faculty while enhancing academic research excellence, NCUT has implemented a flexible salary plan in line with the Ministry of Education’s initiative to recruit and retain top talent in universities.
The flexible salary support follows two key principles. First, under the Ministry of Education’s Higher Education Deepening Plan, 5% of regular employees receive flexible salary allocations. This includes outstanding teachers in teaching and tutoring services, distinguished professors, tenured distinguished professors, visiting professors, and recipients of research and development promotion awards. These incentives aim to recognize and motivate faculty to enhance their teaching and research while attracting top educators from both domestic and international institutions.
Second, through the National Science and Technology Commission, NCUT has established guidelines for subsidized research awards. This initiative supports faculty with exceptional achievements in academic research, industry-academia collaboration, and interdisciplinary studies, further strengthening the university’s research capabilities and innovation potential.
